How to use the calculator
Combine entered storage, handling and pick terms for the same billing period. Enter a whole pallet count, 1 to 3650 whole days, a USD rate per pallet per DAY, whole orders and whole-cent fees per pallet/order. The daily rate retains four decimal places, starting at USD 0.0001.
What the result means
Three pallets for one day at USD0.145 per pallet/day cost exactly USD0.435 before fees, displayed as USD0.44. The summary retains the entered daily rate to four decimal places. This is an entered-cost planning estimate, not collected revenue or a warehouse quote.
Formula and units
Storage = pallets × days × USD per pallet/day. Handling = pallets × USD handling per pallet. Picking = orders × USD per order. Total = storage + handling + picking. Cost per pallet = total / pallets.

Limitations and common mistakes
All rates and quantities are entered assumptions. Confirm billing-period conventions, pallet size, minimum charges, inbound/outbound handling and excluded services with the warehouse. No unentered charge is included. Computed charges must remain in the supported finite range. Inputs retain at most 64 decimal characters and exponents from -308 to 308.
Convert a monthly quote to the agreed DAILY basis before using it here; the tool does not silently divide by 30. Do not multiply handling per pallet by days or pick fees by pallets. Components and total are independently rounded after exact aggregation; tiny positive/subcent values use scientific notation.
